Welkom bij Del Mar Downs! Gelegen direct aan de overkant van de Del Mar racebaan en een halve mijl van het strand, is deze plek alles over locatie. Deze drie slaapkamers / drie badkamers huis heeft een gezellige achtertuin en een ruime woonkamer met een moderne boerenkeuken. Het huis is onlangs gerenoveerd met bijgewerkte apparaten. Wij hopen dat u het hele gebied te bieden heeft, zoals strand, brouwerijen, winkelen, ponywedstrijden en nog veel meer!

The host went out of her way to accommodate us in a very short, (1 day) time frame. House was clean and provided the basic necessities, (towels, soap, glasses, etc). Bad timing on our part, the complex was being painted so the outdoor space was unavailable and the windows were covered in plastic preventing us to open them for fresh air. There were a large number of food items left in the refrigerator and cabinets from the previous user, (time unknown). Location was ideal for quick rides to restaurants in Solana Beach and Del Mar.

Friendly host, great location and cozy spot for a holiday visit. The location is especially nice for quick visits to our favorite spot at Fletcher cove, and don’t miss breakfast at the Naked Cafe! There is never enough time to explore. I do think some upgrades to the space would be beneficial - our bed was creaky - but overall it’s a solid rental.

Wonderful San Diego Weekend

Loved this place!!! Nicole was super helpful and 100% professional. We plan to return next year and next time it will be for a longer stay. The location is perfect and everything about our stay was easy. No need to stay anywhere else!!!

Great location and host

We were 4 adult women. We loved the bedrooms being up and living area and kitchen and one bath being down. There is also a lovely patio for warm weather use.I will say the trundle bed room would be suitable to one adult or two young children

Based on the photos i thought it was a great deal for the location. But upon arrival it appeared old and used. Stained shower floor downstairs and issues with the ice maker and garbage disposal. Nothing we couldn't fix or deal with.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was super responsive when we had a question. The place was clean and had most what we needed. There is no AC, which we did not expect but it wasn’t too warm when we were there. I would recommend more fans, there should be one for each room and also downstairs. Overall a nice stay, great location!

A perfect getaway!

We stayed here during the seaside Equestrian Tour at the Del Mar fairgrounds. It was within walking distance, which was perfect because we could go check on the horses. The house was super. It had everything we needed and the host, Nicole, was amazing. The process was super easy and I’d love to stay at this property again!

multi generation vacation

We stayed at this property with our 17 and 20 year old children and my in-laws. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is a great property for a multi-generation vacation. It has a nice amount of common space, a sunny back patio area and the 3 bedrooms provide privacy when needed. Very clean with well stocked kitchen. Location is good for exploring north San Diego county; a bit of a walk to beach and pool appeared un-heated so we did not use that amenity. This is a really nice property and we had a good stay.

Perfect Getaway

This property is in a great area with the full California "walk everywhere" experiences. Walk to the beach, along the coast for sunsets, coffee shops, restaurants, and fun stores. Property owners are amazing, warm, accommodating and will make you feel welcome from moment one!

Great space for a family trip

We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed for six adults. The location is excellent we walked to the beach and shopping areas. Nicole did an excellent job communicating with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Solana beach rental

Nicole is very good with communication. There were some old food items in the fridge, razor in shower, dirty towel in washer when we arrived but Nicole stated that her husband may have accidentally left some things behind. The rest of the property itself was clean though. Location is good.

Cute home in a stellar location

This is a cute little 3 bedroom / 3 bath within walking distance of Del Mar Racetrack, the beach and several cute neighborhoods and restaurants. We were informed shortly before we arrived that one of the bathrooms was not available. This was not the hosts fault, but it was an inconvenience as we were a party of 4 travelling for a wedding. We opted for a place with 3 bathrooms to make it less stressful getting prepped and out the door for the wedding and a Disneyland land trip later in the week. The house has all needed amenities including a washer/dryer. There is a dedicated parking spot available which is also a nice touch. All in all, highly recommended.

Great stay!

My friends and I had a great experience staying here. The patio was perfect for hanging out in the evening and having three showers was a huge plus. The host recommended Ranch 45, a restaurant a short walk from the home. Their breakfast burritos were excellent! I would highly recommend staying here.

Townhome was beautiful and clean. 3 full bathrooms and 3 good sized bed rooms - perfect sizes. Running distance to Solana Beach and Cedros Ave. Nicole was great with communication and onboarding was very easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Amazing property and location

We loved our time at this property. The location was perfect as we could walk to the beach, Solana Beach commercial area, and several restaurants surrounding us. In addition, the host is so *proactive* and helpful during our stay. We can not offer accolades for renting at this place. We will return!
