'Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central.'

'Was very clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming'

'Very convenient for Pleasure Beach (5mins walk) Friendly host Room sufficient for 1 person but very tight bathroom as shower and toilet in same room were v close to each other with a sink outside in the room. A little awkward for men needing a shave. Good amount of toiletries, towels and coat hangers Kettle and coffee/tea provided Breakfast if wanted served at 9am.'

'Lovely friendly hosts, large comfortable bedroom, great location for all amenities of Blackpool, we will be back'

'I just felt at home... not much more to say. Im really bad with names but the landlady was so lovely, welcoming, helpful and informative. Fair enough, the place has a few smalls quirks, but its completely forgivable... homely, nostalgic and peaceful, I personally had a perfect stay.'

'It was great a stay, the owner was really nice and everywhere was spotless. Thanks for a great time!'

'I arrived very early but communicated with staff at the hotel and was able to access the room before check in time to drop bags and refresh after a drive. I was very grateful for that! Location is very central. Room was basic but had everything I required for one night. I'd stay here again. Very good value.'
