'Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation. 'Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish...

'Auch bei unserem erneuten Aufenthalt im Palm Royal Soma Bay wurden wir wieder auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und außergewöhnlich sauber. Man merkt überall, mit wie viel Engagement und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. 'All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food. 'Alles was ok voor een 4 sterren hotel. Veel lawaai en vaak een cigarettengeur maar de rest was in orde. Ik verbleef hier maar 1 nacht dus het maakte voor mij niet zo veel uit. Het personeel was vriendelijk en we kregen ook nog een late maaltijd aangeboden. '

'We zij heerlijk verwend met het eten, de mooie (zeegezichten)kamer en de veelal erg vriendelijke mensen die er werken. Persoonlijk houd ik niet zo van verkopers van massages, snorkeltochten, fotosessies en kamelenritjes, maar het werd nergens vervelend. '
