'The staff is very friendly, especially Giselle the receptionist, she helped me feel at home, I loved the hotel, I would definitely go back, the only thing I didn't like is that I ordered sugar and cream at night for my coffee and a young man told me that they didn't have any more, obviously I didn't believe him I guess he didn't want to bother, but that doesn't mean I don't come back, I highly recommend it.'

'Personeel is erg vriendelijke n behulpzaam. Vele kleine extras als koffie/thee hoek 's-avonds koekjes of popcorn en een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Daarnaast erg goede uitvalshoek om new york te verkennen. Wij waren er 5 dagen en hebben onze auto steeds op staten island geparkeerd (rit van ca 30 minuten) voor ca 8 dollar per dag. Daarna met de gratis veerboot rechtstreeks naar hartje manhatten.'
