'Well let's start by saying this was the worst stay ive ever had through an expedia property. As I walked into the office I walked into massive amounts of some kind of chemical sprayed in the air. So bad I had to leave the office for open for a minute. The woman who checked me in seemed real nice and polite. She did the check-in process and proceed to tell us we were on the 3rd floor. And then followed up with the statement of "by the way our elevator doesn't work". So we had to climb to the 3rd...

'All perfect'

'Property was exactly as described —close enough for work, shops, and restaurants. Kay reached out to inform us of check in and out process—and when I did need to update, she replied promptly. I know if we would have had any issues she would have been right on it, but we had no issues.'

'10 times better than a hotel and the pricing was on point pretty nice place'

'the host, building and accommodations, were excellent. the landscaping left plenty to be desired however overall it was great'

'The host was a good cmunicator. The apartment needed maimtenance after previous renter but he got us another one last minute. I cant rebiew the one we dist het but the one we stayed in was fine. The bed was bery comfortable!'

'Had a lot of issues getting in. The electronic door lock didn’t work properly. The property manager had to have me rig it, then use his. Half the time his code worked and 1/2 mine did. The main complaint was it had a lot of gnats and wasn’t very clean. I’d give a lower rating, but the PM was responsive.'

'Terrible. Place was really dirty, not a great neighborhood. Fenced in, but areas were cut out of the fence near the unit, so not secure. We did get a refund, and the host responded quickly.'

'The house was absolutely charming. It may need a little paint on the outside around the side entrance, but other than that, the interior decor was classy and of great taste. Everything worked in perfect order. The owner responded to any questions within minutes. The neighborhood feels very safe and friendly. Overall, this was an absolutely fabulous experience. I highly recommend it for a couple or a small family.'
