'Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. 'The property was lovely. The rooms were spacious, clean with nice bathrooms. My only inconvenience, and I don’t believe I saw this ahead of time, was that the property has no elevators and with the room on the third floor it was just inconvenient carrying the luggage up to the third floor, but other than that, it was amazing'
