'Relaxing comfort-fully appointed'

'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...

'Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. '

'Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...

'Schönes altes Haus mit riesigem komplett eingezäunten Garten. Wir waren mit Hund und Kindern für eine Woche in Lubriano. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und in dem Garten mit dem tollen Pool kann man sich super entspannen und Zeit verbringen. Wenn man aktiv sein möchte gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.'

'We had a great stay is this beautiful house. It is the perfect location to enjoy Orvieto, Bolsena Lake (Both 15 minutes) and within 75 minutes you are in Rome. The house has different levels outside and with a baby that crawls, it sometimes was a challenge. But the garden was so pretty and colouful. Everything was perfect and clean. Andrea checkt if everything was ok regularly and even brought a microwave. So friendly. Ik really recommend this house.'

'Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...

'The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with all necessities. No luxury, but we found all we needed. "Prachtig gelegen. Fantastisch restaurant, met vriendelijk en persoonlijk personeel. Het restaurant heeft een prachtig terras met uitzicht op de wijngaarden. Fijn zwembad. Bijgebouwen liggen vrij ver van het hoofdgebouw en zijn moeilijker te bereiken als je slecht ter been bent."

Prachtig hotel!

"Wat een prachtige locatie zeg, echt wauw!! Mooie natuur, lekker rustig en het personeel is waanzinnig vriendelijk. Je wordt goed ontvangen en netjes geholpen. Kamers worden elke dag opgefrist en we krijgen nieuwe handdoeken. Super fijn! Ontbijt zit bij je boeking inbegrepen. Het is luxe, maar heerlijk. Keuze uit broodjes, jam, vleeswaren, kazen, fruit, cake, taart, croissantjes, yoghurt en muesli. Er is nog wel meer maar dat is om zelf lekker te ontdekken :) We hebben hier een week gezeten in een klassieke kamer. De kamer is groot genoeg en alles is aanwezig, de airco werkt super en we hadden een prachtig uitzicht. Zeker een aanrader!"
