'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'

'So-so. The room was outdated but relatively clean. Comfy bed and free parking. However, the wifi was very bad! The wifi bandwidth is capped at only 125 kbit/second according to their Mikrotik login page. Hello!, this is 2014, not 1994! We were not even able to book a hotel at our next destination. The owner showed very fast loading websites on his iPhone. I assume that he DID have an uncapped connection. Just a show-off, but I know better. We did not try the breakfast.'

'Nous avons passé un super sejour. Venus sans connaitre la region, le Directeur et sa femme nous ont donné de nombreux conseils pour decouvrir le coin. Conseils tres utiles qui nous ont amené sur de très belles randonnées. Très humains et accueillants ce fut un plaisir de passer du temps a discuter avec eux. 'Nosotros no lo sabiamos, pero en la azotea, en la sala de la Luna, había un jacuzzi al aire libre. El hotel es encantador. Nosotros estuvimos en el edificio anexo. El bar de enfrente, L'Snack del Caçadors, es un sitio muy agradable para comer o tomar una copa oyendo el murmullo del Río Freser'

'The facility was very modern and cosy at the same time, which resulted in a luxurious yet warming atmosphere. The staff was also really nice and easy-going: when we accidentally checked-out about one hour late they didn't charge us extra. Furthermore the breakfast buffet was really well-organised and extravagant. There was a chef freshly preparing pancaces, eggs, waffles or omelette on the spot. Also there were lots of details and extra's to add to your plate such as fresh cacao for the coffee...

'We live in Spain and visit Andorra regularly, I’m so glad our usual hotel was full as we found a real gem here. We were made to feel most welcome, great breakfast and beautiful surroundings. Our dog was welcome too which makes all the difference. We are looking forward to returning!'
