'Property is very nice and renovated, staff is helpful and also very nice. View from lakeside patio is amazing. Only reason for four stars is a few improvements could make a big difference, like coffee in the rooms.(it was available for free in the lobby), and bar soap in the bathrooms. There is very little room on the bathroom sink to put toiletries, but the bathrooms are clean and renovated and showers are good. We had a nice stay and would visit again.'

'Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

'Used Expedia to book a previously booked room at this location. Upon arriving I noticed the room was wrong, only to be told by the lady working check in on July 2 2026 it’s not her problem it’s expedias because they booked the room. Luckily upon calling Expedia they confirmed they couldn’t book a previously booked room I had never been in and it was a property mistake and was compensated. I stay at this hotel once a month for 3-4 days and I will no longer because of the way I was spoke to at the...

'The hotel was great, the amenities were amazing and there was always something going on for the kids. The water park was great, very clean and had lots for different ages. Only complaint is that the beds and pillows aren't the best. But the pros outweigh the cons.'
