'Having parking in inner area is a plus The room service lady was most helpful The room are clean and tidy if a bit run down The bathroom should have a warning “No chubby people” though. Clean but cramped. Overall for the position and the price it was fine Will stay again.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. We loved that we could have breakfast in our room instead of having to book a table at the restaurant. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.'

'It's my colleague's favourite, whenever he goes for Canberra work trip he would choose Abode Kingston, perfect location, friendly staff, street parking, sometimes he gets upgraded to studio with a small kitchenette so he can cook himself some dinner. Always his top choice!'

'This is a fine hotel, however staff could do more in cleaning the room. Friendly staff. Please be aware the hotel is located in a quiet location, so there is not a lot to do. '

'The free breakfast was terrible, ran out of food after 10mins and no plates cups or cutlery either, waited 15mins for a clean coffee cup just so I could make a hot drink. Service was terrible from the manager. Room was clean however the window in the room had no rubber seal around it so was dangerous if you had young children staying with you. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't even sit on the toilet without hitting your knees on the vanity.i would say it is definitely not 4 stars more like 2...

'Overall good stay. Location was good. Larger area for all guests to be comfortable. Heating was great. Dishwasher did not work. Messaged property manager and they insisted it was working. There was no power going into the dishwasher at all. No solutions throughout the stay.Had to use external lighter for the gas stove. Gas fireplace in one of the living room did not work.One of the room had mouldy ceilings. Very noticeable. '
