'Our AC unit did not work. The manager on duty at the time offered to switch our room. We had just gotten there and didn't touch anything (bed, bathroom, etc.) His GM told him not to switch our room. Our fridge didn't work. I only booked at this hotel because it said there was a hot tub. They had it closed off and I was told it was just closed for the night, then the weekend and then another staff member told me they were having it removed. 'The location is beautiful with ski slopes and the golf course. Our room needed updating. The bed was comfortable. The heating/ cooling thermostat was hard to use and the blower was right next to the bed and very loud when it went on. The bathroom was nice, but the shower was tight.'
