'The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.'

'AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL. I won't call it a resort, it doesn't deserve. All lights in the room were out of order in the morning. No compensation, no sorry from the front desk. The staff first asked "have you called the tech?" Dude, I just got up and found lights broken. I need to went outside to buy food hence let you know first. They said this twice even if I told them the reason when I stop by the front desk. I'd imagine the first thing they should say is "sorry for the inconvenience" instead...

'When we first got there 30 minutes before check in we were told at the gate we would have to pay $75 for early check in - we said we just want to park and walk around - after an argument they let us check in 30 minutes early - we were the only car in the parking lot of what looked like a 200 room resort. The place was creepy - then I was told that I only made the reservation for 1 person rather than a room do had to pay $100 per night for my husband - the AC in the room was broken and it was...

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'Wow. What a beautiful serene getaway in the Catskills. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. We came for my husband’s birthday. He received a men’s facial and I received a body clay wrap. The most relaxed and soft skin I ever felt, thank you Carol! We enjoyed the spa- sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. The somatic body movement and yoga classes helped our bodies stay loose and relaxed. We absolutely loved the prix fixe...
