'Nice place for a weekend getaway in the Gunks area. Very close to Minnewaska, not far from Mohonk and New Paltz too. In a very nice, quiet spot off the main road. House was clean and served all our needs for the weekend. There's no TV but that wasn't really an issue for us. Owner was very good with communication and provided very detailed info on the house/property. Would stay again!'

'We stayed here for President’s weekend Feb 2024. We just wanted a quiet getaway in the mountains for a few days and that’s exactly what we got. The host was easy to communicate with, made it very easy to check in & out, and checked in via text to make sure we were doing ok. Highly recommend staying here. Great time all around.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Joel's place. Joel is great with communication and quickly responded to any questions. The home is very clean, beds are comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed barbecuing on the deck. Didn't get to use the fire pit as it was a bit too chilly to sit out at night. Hopefully can do that next time. We would love to come back again!'

'This was the perfect location for our family to stay for our niece's wedding. Plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed gathering in the big tv room at the end of each day. But my favorite was looking forward to getting up early each morning and having coffee on the back porch and watching the sun rise and listening to the river. 'Small issue checking in with keyless entry as code was incorrect. But, contact person was able to provide correct code. Also, took a few hours to warm the house up the first night. Otherwise, was happy with the stay. Very clean property. Looked exactly like photos. Nicely decorated home. Plenty of fresh linens and towels. Lots of dishes and pots to use. Comfortable beds.'

'Gary was a wonderful host who welcomed us to this cabin, right on the Lake, with a pizza and good old fashioned hospitality. We were tired from our travels and had a huge load of washing to do and Gary was very accommodating and helpful in allowing us to use nearby facilities. The cabin is rustic and enjoyable to be in. Great reclining couch chairs. Gary had set a fire for us too, such a great guy. The juke box was fun to play and listen to some fantastic music and we also visited the nearby...

'Nice and quiet. Everything you need is provided. Sadly we had 2 rainy days, but we walked to the roosa gap fire tower with the kids on a nice morning! Great views from the back deck.'

'Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money.'

'This home has been updated nicely and is situated on a nice amount of land to take your pup for a nice walk during the mornings and whenever you are "at home." The kitchen has been well renovated and the beds are very comfy. Close to lots of good hiking and food in New Paltz and the surrounding area. Simone is a responsive host.'
