'The stay was great, nice and quiet an excellent escape from the world. The little town area had so many little places to shop at and the Trading post was a hit. While we werent able to do much in the area with my guest being under the weather there was options to do so. '

'Rented the house with a three-generation family group for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch to read, chat or drink coffee with the sound of the rushing creek in the background, and had fun playing horseshoes, pool, and exploring the creek. 'Beautiful home that completely exceeded expectations. We stayed with 3 babies under 3 - there were toys, stuffies, a crib and pack-n-play, and a baby swing. Just down the road, there is a short walk with a beautiful vista, which was the longest distance we could have possibly done (0.65mi each way). I would absolutely come back here for more fall weekends! Perfect for young families. The only risk is there is a staircase - would bring a baby gate next time.'
