'Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar.
Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

'Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.'

'We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

'Interesting place to stay. Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel is old and is lacking in maintenance (worst bathroom state we have seen so far during our trips). But its still good value for money. The traintracks behind the Motel and (outside) noise was concerning at first (we knew about this from reading other reviews before we booked), but we had no issue with it at all during the night, we all slept well. Very close to various gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores.'

'I had an extremely disappointing experience at this motel and would not stay here again. The problems started immediately at check-in, where the front desk employee was rude and unwelcoming. After a long day of traveling, that was not the kind of service we expected.

'Clean property in a safe area with a lovely gift shop and plenty of parking. Unfortunately, breakfast had limited options for those with dietary restrictions/health-conscious. There were non-dairy alternatives, no honey for the coffee/tea station, oatmeal was instant, and the only fruit was apples. The gym was clean, but very small compared to other IHG hotels.'
