'Nice new and fresh hotel. Very comfortable bed. Convenient base for trips out of Queenstown. Saving I made staying here I could spend on doing things instead.
Tip: Book parking early for at the hotel. I did t and was sold out when I returned at 7pm. Everywhere is paid parking 24 hours and by permit. Had to park in a darkly lit car park and felt somewhat vulnerable.
Watch: Bathroom isn’t well ventilated, will be a mould issue in years to come, but fine for now.'
'The staff was one of the best we have had when traveling, genuinely happy and helpful. Claire especially gave us some great recommendations in both Queenstown and Arrowtown which impacted our stay in such a positive way. Hannah at the front desk was also very helpful.
The outdoor hot “springs tubs” were great after days of skiing and the fireplace and outdoor space in the room made it extra special.
I do wish they had the Smokehouse open, but I understand it’s seasonal

'Very clean, warm and quiet. Breakfast was great and location was good . Check in and check out procedures could be improved as this took a long time . Parking is charged at $15 per night which wasn’t mentioned in Expedia when booking hotel.'
