'Was hard to leave this accommodation because it is well situated near bush with bellbirds singing across the small valley. The amenities are excellent and beautifully presented. The weather wasn’t the greatest for our four night stay but we felt super cosy! Thank you to host, Paul and his partner. Sorry we did not get to thank you in person at the time of our departure! 'Everything was amazing from the hosts, the most kind dog playing fetch with you, to the quiet beautiful nature, hot tube in the backyard, having candels as a light in the night. The story behinde cabin is amazing. They made everything by themselfs and the energy and looks are amazing. Would go back anytime! Amazing stay! '

'A quaint self contained and well positioned cottage that allows immersion into country life with steers over the fence and chooks running around - great for a bit of entertainment! Obviously a well loved home which was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and comfortable sleep. '

'Very comfortable & well equipped, would’ve stayed longer if we’d known. But it was difficult to find! Google maps just took us to Glentunnel, where we got uncertain directions from the shop.'

'This is a wonderful cottage. The garden is lovely and has a creek running through it. ideal if you want a base for exploring Kahurangi National Park and Farewell Spit, but would also be a great place to spend some time relaxing in the garden.'
