In communicating with The Conrad prior to our stay, I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. I messaged The Conrad the morning of check in asking if early check in was available and for our room, it wasn’t. BUT they were so gracious to upgrade us to a premium room with a beautiful view...

'Me and my family stayed at The Ritz in downtown LA for our son’s volleyball tournament. The beds are extremely comfortable. We loved how convenient it was to walk to the convention center. We felt safe in the location. We used the pool and it was at the perfect temp. We will definitely recommend staying here for comfort and indulgence. '
