'Really liked our stay at Star Shell. The staff are excellent and super helpful. We were travelling with two young kids and honestly their service and friendliness really made our trip so much easier. We were always helped with our luggage without asking and with no expectation of a tip. I would highly recommend using theit airport service. 'I was there only for one night due to the travel on wards to the Islands. Hotel is brand new, located in the middle of a new build area, new construction going on in the direct area of the hotel, NO nuisance during my stay!! Breakfast is good, Menu is simple but also good to take you dinner in house. Be prepared for an extra service charge of 10% and 12% tax on top of all you order. Staff is very helpful. 'Service en vriendelijkheid van staf zijn TOP!! Ontbijt is ook goed, zowel Aziatische als continentale keuzes. Ligging tov van vliegveld is goed. Gratis airport transfer bij aankomst en vertrek. Nadelen zijn de schone maar kleine kamers (9m2) en het al maandenlange lawaai naast en tegenover het hotel als gevolg van de activiteiten mbt de presidentsverkiezingen in september. 'Vandhanen duede ikke og der var skimmelsvamp flere steder på værelset. Personalet var under alt kritik og der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset selvom vi bad om det. De opkrævede ekstra penge for at være to personer, hvilket vi ikke var blevet informeret om.'

Not that good: The sprayers of the soap and shampoo bottles were too tight, not suitable for those liquids.
