'Very helpful and nice staff. Clean and modern rooms. Nearby to the outlets and mall as well as the strip. One improvements could be to add more parking spaces.'

'Convenient location so close to airport and a few miles from the strip. We didn’t use the airport shuttle, but some members of our group did. Room was clean, with daily housekeeping. Front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. '

'Goed: 2 x keurige, ruime en complete geschakelde condo's gehuurd voor 4 personen. Totaal 149 m2. Bijna alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Minder goed: 14 dagen gehuurd; nooit enige vorm van housekeeping geweest. Bij navraag: Pas na 9 dagen recht op housekeeping, maar zelfs dat hebben ze (dus) niet gered... Wij willen best zelf wat huishoudelijke taken uitvoeren, maar daar zijn de middelen (stofzuiger, dweil etc.) niet voor aanwezig.'

'Super prettig hotel! Locatie zo vlak naast Silverton casino mooi meegenomen, als je tenminste zin hebt in een buffet voor halve prijs en een echte zeemeermin wilt zien!'

'Er werkte maar 1 lift en het trappenhuis mag niet gebruikt worden, dus zeer lange wachttijden bij de lift. Ontbijt was zeer beperkt en niet lekker. Weinig waarde voor je geld.'

'Is een mooi netjes hotel, zwembad en hottub ook netjes en schoon. Een goed ontbijt. Is niet bij de strip maar met 10 minuutjes rijden ben je op de strip. Enige nadeel is dat hotel dicht bij vliegveld zit en vliegtuigen vlak naast hotel opstijgen, de kamers zijn echt wel goed geïsoleerd waardoor je niet veel last hebt van het geluid van de vliegtuigen.'

'A good breakfast was included and very good for American standards. Housekeeping is friendly but don’t clean the rooms often. You’ve to ask for towels. Employees are very friendly, spacious rooms and would definitely stay here again. '

'We came to see Aries Spears at the Wiseguys comedy club. The Element hotel is right next to it and close to all the dining/shopping options in Town Square. It's a really clean and new hotel in a very convenient spot. No issues with the staff. Good breakfast, although the layout is a little chaotic. Overall, five stars.'
