'Staff were very friendly and upgraded us to an oceanfront room. They also made sure that our room was accessible via an elevator. We’re capable of climbing stairs but it gets old as we get older. Staff understood which was nice to see. The room was nice and the ambiance of the room with the waves crashing so close to our room was outstanding. A very nice place to stay for the $ with several nice seafood restaurants very close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thx!'

'"Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
