'Everything was great just didn’t like the fact that the sauna wasn’t to clean the floors was dirty and the door wouldn’t stay closed so most of the steam was leaving out. The pool was great nice and warm clean towels folded neat and staff was great very nice people. No complaints besides the sauna '

'Hotel is ok en het personeel is zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Kamer zijn netjes en ontbijt is prima verzorgd. Zeer groot minpunt is de ligging van het hotel. Hier hadden wij zelf niet goed naar gekeken. Rondom hotel is niets te doen en voor alles heb je een taxi nodig. Hadden, bleek later, in een oude recensie gelezen dat er een gratis shuttle busje zou rijden vanaf hotel naar de ferry (veerboot) van St. George naar Manhattan. 'Hey, we were dissatisfied with the property so we left, we didn’t even stay. There were multiple issues, the pictures in the listing did not accurately represent what was actually there. The front door was very difficult to open and close, my family felt unsafe and did not want to stay due to being unsure if the door would stay closed and locked while we were there.
