'The property is fine, but not great. There are not enough accessible power outlets to charge multiple devices. There are usb plugs, but since not every device uses USB-A, that is not as helpful as it should be. Also, there is a rack in the shower for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, like most modern hotels. However, the rack is empty and the hotel provides little bottles of shampoo and a bar of soap. 'This place is great. The Indian restaurant is very good. The only complaint is low doorways , I smacked my head multiple times on different door frames.'

'The room was nice, but there was something sticky on the carpet (eww). Upon arrival the hotel's booking system was down and we couldn't check in for over an hour. It was 109 degrees outside and so we sat in the breakfast area and waited. We did get one night compted but we had to ask for it, nothing offered without asking. The staff didn't seem to be trained in how to appropriately handle the down system situation, and in talking to another guest (with a disabled spouse) they had asked...
