'Very beautiful condo with well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace looking over a garden. Bedroom was very nice, but the sleeping couch was not as we thought. Saying it was possible to sleep with 4 adults, the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and not suitable for adults. Clean rooms and the beach was nearby.'

'Unparalleled location; a dream vacation for my family! The home is great for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach without needing to pack the car and dealing with logistics. The house is right there! The pool is fun and we really enjoyed the grill and outside eating area. Can’t wait to come again. '

'We loved our stay at the Stone House. The most incredible views all the way around the house. Hearing the ocean, day and night, was a highlight for all of us! It was convenient to be near shops and restaurants and we loved visiting Baby Beach. It was a wonderful experience for our family's visit to the south shore of Kauaii.'

'Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It provided us with all of the latest and necessary conveniences, and was especially nice to be able to do a load of laundry when needed. We had all of the space a family of four could want and the beds were very comfortable. The views and setting were gorgeous from every angle.'

'We had the most amazing time at this home. Everyone room had an en-suite bath. The home was well equipped with everything you may need. The property is gorgeous and very private. Kevin is the owner of the property and lives nearby. I’m pretty sure he is a real life Angel! We had some issues with flight cancellations, car rental closed, and Kevin came to our rescue. We will definitely be back! '

'The Plumeria House was the perfect location to Koloa and beaches. It offered ample space for 3 families and great areas for relaxing by the pool and dining outside. '

'This location is a dream, and the house is spacious, super comfortable, and has AC! We loved our time here so much. The view of the water never got old, and it was so nice being less than a five minute walk from Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach, Puka Dog, and Brennecke’s Grill. If we ever return to south shore this is the only house we’d stay in!'

'Everything we needed! All the kitchen items, lots of towels and beach toys, nice large room for gathering the family together for games. Close enough to all the fun beaches and coffee shops we wanted to visit. Lovely.'

'This house was amazing! It had amazing ventilation and flow through for the trade winds, it felt great in the kitchen and living room. And the bed rooms have their own mini-split air conditioning, so they were very comfortable as well.It was so nice and quiet being right on the golf course. The pool was great and we had several meals on the back patio.Everyone loved it and we would stay again in a heart beat.'

'This was an excellent value for the money. It was small but clean and was just minutes from the beach. An added bonus was tge greenway walkingctrails through the property. It also had beach chairs, towels and even a boogie board for us to use. We had a wonderful stay.'

'You really can't beat the view from the corner windows. Whenever we were home, we were out on the deck watching the surfers and looking for turtles. The deck is nicely protected from the afternoon sun so we weren't getting scorched. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. We will definitely stay here again. '

'Property is in a great location for beach, golf, shopping and trips to other Kauai activities. Nicely maintained with most all amenities included. We booked the house and cottage for our family of 12 and enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend this property !'
