'The stay was great, but they put up a lot of resistance to early checkin. I was looking to get into the room at 2pm and their normal checkin time is 3pm. When I arrived there was only one other car in their parking lot and that night the place was not busy. They could have just let me check in an hour early. Should not have been a difficult request.

'Very poor experience at this hotel. Location is NOT well signed. Took several times of driving by to find it. We were given a 2nd floor room and there is no elevator. When we asked to change, the staff was pretty snide, saying "you should have known that and requested a 1st floor room to begin with." If this information is NOT noted in the hotel description and you have never stayed at this brand before, how would you know. No offer to help us upstairs with the bags. '

Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay.
Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. Location is fantastic, everything you might want is close by.

The breakfast was a very good selection as well. The room itself was a WIN! The atmosphere is very clean,calm and welcoming. "Service was goed, na de eerste nacht bleek dat matras niet goed was, gemeld en mochten direct naar een andere kamer. Shuttle dienst van luchthaven/hotel was soms een beetje lang wachten maar prima. Ontbijt was ronduit slecht. hele beperkte keuze, 1 soort ontbijtgraan, pannekoekjes en wit brood met alleen jam als beleg. De vermeldde gratis koffie/thee en water is niet op de kamer maar alleen in de entreehal te halen."

Dit hotel kan echt wel een flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken. Desondanks wel goed geslapen en de douche was prima (er zijn kleine flesjes shampoo en zeepjes beschikbaar - het is echt tijd dat we daar mee stoppen). "
