'Great little unit that was spacious and easy to find. Close to Baddeck with easy access to the rest of the island. Little playground for the kids was a nice touch, especially when the parents were trying to pack up. We did notice that the fridge didn't seem to be cleaned from the last guest. 'A convenient location for getting to the west side of Cape Breton NP. The house has a gorgeous water view, and is very comfortable!We enjoyed seeing the Milky Way on a clear night, as there is a nice dark sky over the water in the back yard. We hiked in the park, biked a lovely bike trail ( rented at Inverness Adventures), strolled the beach, and enjoyed music at the nearby Doryman Pub. A great vacation! Managers are easy to communicate with. '

'Two sets of family stayed at this property and it was more than enough room. The house was very clean and tidy and a comfortable space. 'This place is truly amazing! We were greeted by one of the owners who went over the specifics. He pointed out an eagle sitting in a nearby tree just waiting for her dinner to swim by in the river bordering the yurt. So comfy, quiet and secluded. I would definitely stay here again.'

"Nice town with interesting history like the inventor Bell who lived near the town. The hotel is good. It has a nostalgic vibe. The staff is friendly, room was clean and spacious. The wifi non existent but that’s alright. Breakfast was not included and we opted for the buffet which was $20. Quite okay these days. "
