U zult genieten van dit prachtig ingerichte en goed uitgeruste huis en onroerend goed! Huis met 3 slaapkamers voor maximaal 6 personen. Twee queensize bedden, een eenpersoonsbed met onderschuifbed, een dagbed en een volledige futon zorgen voor flexibel slapen voor elk soort groep. Achter slaapkamer met queen size bed heeft een eigen half bad, serre / leeskamer en een eigen ingang. Woonkamer inclusief ontbijtruimte met uitzicht op dek / achtertuin en flatscreen-tv met kabel, wi-fi en dvd / blu-ray-speler. Een groot bad met douche en bad. Huis heeft ook een grote keuken met fornuis, oven, full-sized koelkast, magnetron, wasmachine / droger, en een breed scala aan kookgerei en kookgerei. Bezorgd over het hebben van een zitplaats voor uw hele diner menigte? Onze grote keukentafel met extra stoelen biedt plaats aan 10-12 personen als u tijdens uw verblijf wilt dineren. Geniet van onze voortuin met uitnodigende hortensiatuinen of gebruik onze ruime achtertuin voor familie bocci bal-, volleybal- en whiffle-balspellen. Groot dek om te ontspannen en te zonnebaden; een extra grote hangmat hangt in de tuin voor 'gewoon relaxen' tijd. Grill en buitendouche ook! Eindelijk, LOOP 5 minuten naar route 28 voor restaurants en winkels of LOOP een blok naar Long Pond waar zwemmen, kajakken, vissen of een speeltuin is (en ja, we hebben ook kajaks die je kunt gebruiken!).

This home had it all and then some, but the very best was Amy our hostess. She was so helpful with suggestions, patient with my questions, thoughtful, thorough and always available. We hiked, walked, fished, beached, shopped , dined and of course relaxed and there was no better place to come back to at the end of a long day. We have been renting through VRBO for over 15 years and this was a wonderful experience from beginning to end !

Awesome shopping in area. The beach gorgeous!! We all love this home and area. Easy to get lots ofshopping done. The beach is so beautiful. Get a bagel and Cream cheese at Bagels and beyond. Great menu!!!!close to lots of things to do. Cant wait to return.

This vacation rental was lovely! Our family very much enjoyed staying there. The host had everything you would need at the rental to enjoy your vacation. The house was cozy and clean; perfect for cooking and relaxing. There were games, beach chairs, and kayaks in the garage to use at the park/beach right down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming while still being close to many shops and attractions. The house was very easy to get to, check and check out were easy and stress free. This rental was excellent overall! Thanks to the host who thought of everything to make a family vacation easy and enjoyable.

If only we could have stayed longer!

The property and everything in it had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning refreshing and the decorations darling. Quiet Cape Cod Getaway

Great house for a family stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with a small lake beach, basketball hoops, and playground a short walk away. The house was clean and comfortable. Great backyard for grilling or just hanging out. Garage is full of beach going stuff like an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, and a bags set. We added a beach sand kids kit to the mix. West Dennis Beach was a great spot just an 8 minute drive away. We did dinner in Hyannis along with watching the boats (travelled with a 2 year old). Grocery store super close for any needs we had. Don’t hesitate to book this spot!

Amy and Barry’s home is very cozy and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood and centrally located. Amy has thought of everything to make a stay enjoyable. The property was nice and cozy. I liked how the one bedroom had a separate sitting room. The home was nicely decorated for a cape cod theme. More outlet plug-in, for cell phones, etc.would be nice. Mattresses were hard. We had instructions to wash, dry, and fold the bath towels before we left that morning. A lot to expect from us before we leaving.

A Quiet Getaway

Quiet, just enough amenities, Beds were Comfy:) The porched-in area off the master bedroom was perfect for morning tea, afternoon naps, and relaxing before bed. The front room was spacious with several sitting areas. Would definitely return!

Wonderful Trip!

This was a great weekend to the Cape to visit our son who is a student at the Maritime Academy. My parents joined us for their first time in town. We loved the home and location. Everything is there that you will need! We loved being able to prepare a home cooked meal for our family in the kitchen. Lighting in the home was special and an appreciated touch. It was a wonderful experience.

Cape Cod Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in the perfect location for our adventures to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and a whale watching trip. The house also served well while confined indoors when Hurricane/Tropical Storm Lee passed close by the area. We enjoyed all the comforts of home! Amy was very accommodating and checked on us during our stay. We had a great time.
