'I stayed at Cape Fox Lodge about 6 or 7 years ago. This lodge was on the level of other premiere lodges in the northwest I love the location the views and the architectural style of the lodge. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the building and rooms are well overdue for a refresh. The menus in both restaurants were not as upscale as they were for my prior visit. The service was not on the same level either. The pictures in the museum had dogeared corners. The tram was broken and...

'We love this historic hotel. It is always clean and tidy and the staff members are always so friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay to be close to the harbor and downtown Sitka.'

'Great hotel. We had some trouble contacting them, but that was due to our phones. But when we arrived we asked the neighboring pizza place to class them and they arrived super fast to let us in. Room was very comfortable with interesting bedlinnen;). Great that they offer airport shuttle too, super useful'

'Extremely overpriced. Provided a room that was not what I ordered. The room I ordered had a balcony and only one bed ended up giving me a room with two beds with only two chairs. Parking in their parking lot was usually filled up by their own commercial fishing boats to which they blocked off most of the parking so you couldn't get in there. Price of the food was outrageous $35 for two very very small pieces of halibut no longer than 3 inches long by 1 in by 1 in. TV worked absolutely nothing...
