'This place is elegant, and you feel the class as soon as you step thru the doors. Its nice they kept the historic hotel in such good shape for its age, along with newer amenities (rooms,restaurants/bars, shops, and even a spa). The only down side i found while staying was the trains that go by. They are loud, but its part of the reason the hotel was built back in 1875. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Minor hiccup at check-in due to booking through Expedia - Expedia doesn't share any info with the owner of the property and the email for my self check-in wasn't sent. I called the owner and he called right back after a few minutes and was able to give me all the instructions I needed. He even gave me some hiking recommendations. Later, the water...
