'This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...

'Clean rooms. Breakfast and coffee weren’t that great. I did not like the room setup. The bathrooms was located right in front of the beds which I found weird. Anytime someone would use the bathroom The bright lights would go through the glass bathroom door and wake everyone up. The bathrooms needs a fan. It’s not bad place but it is strange. '

'The personnel was very friendly from the moment I entered the hotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom, spacious shower. Breakfast good quality, enough choice, also of real fresh fruits. And positive : parking space in the parking garage next to the hotel included in the rate. Will for sure go back when in Reading next time. '

'I strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. The room was excellent. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Pots and pans looked new, no scratches or nicks. Towels clean, soft and plentiful. I can't think of anything to complain about. Staff was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
