'Very large, clean room, washer/dryer in room, friendly staff, are upsides. Downsides include telephone not installed, wifi not operating in the room, hair dryer omitted, Nespresso machine but no Nespresso, hooks for an ironing board and iron but neither of those. Staff scrambled to fix everything and seemed shocked that these omissions existed. Since the location has been open 6 years now, so am I. It is really too bad, because it is a very nice facility.'

My kid threw up on the last day there (I felt awful!) and staff was prompt to deal with it and very kind. 'We have stayed here several times and always found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. The rooms we have been in have always been immaculately clean. This time, however, the condition of the kitchen area was quite worn - could probably use an update. But we would definitely stay here anytime we are in the area. '
