'It's new, with construction going on in the building. Very few amenities; it would have been nice to have instant coffee or a TV with any kind of paid app. No lamp in the living room or bedroom to read by. No art or any decoration on the walls, etc. I paid a lot for one night. It was brand new, but it could have used a bit of character to make the place comfortable. It was within easy walking distance of the Recreational Facility in Cochrane.'

'Very clever lay out—nice touches throughout. Bed was comfortable. Stairs were a bit hard to navigate (I am nearly 75). I would stay again'

'Super hotel en super appartement. Heerlijke douche, ruime en mooie kamers en keuken. Alles erg netjes en schoon. Alles wordt dagelijks prima onderhouden en zonodig aangevuld. Vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam personeel. Fijne parkeergarage. Goede uitgeruste en grote keuken. Water uit kraan is zit wel erg veel chloride in. Voor eten, drinken, thee en koffie ander water gebruiken. Maar dat is blijkbaar hier overal zo. Kortom erg fijn verblijf en absoluut aan te bevelen.'

'It was great to have room to spread out. We did have a problem occur. The staff worked promptly and diligently to resolve an issue they had never had previously. We appreciated the way they kept us informed and were very professional.'

'Excellent location. Perfect spot for downtown Banff. Close to IGA for groceries and liquor store close. We arrived extremely late and all codes worked well getting into our room. I let them know we would be very late and they acknowledged a text making be feel comfortable. Bed and linens very nice. The office was often staffed earlier than 10 a.m. The hot tub was nice and hot and very clean. I'd highly recommend.'
