'These are so close to the Johnston Canyon enterance. The canyon can be very busy but this loation makes it possible to beat the crowds in the morning. The cabins are cute and they allowed our dog to stay with us. As typical with the area, there were lots of bears so just be sure to practice bear safety while walking. Loved the staff too! '

'Amazing views from dining and lobby, great dining. Convenient transportation with drop off and pickup directly from hotel to everywhere. Friendly helpful concierge staff to plan and rearrange outings due to weather. You can also borrow hiking sticks and bear spray from the concierge desk if you forget to bring your own. Hotel currently undergoing renovations so view from room not so great but did not affect stay due to being out all day during the day with activities. Glad we chose this...

'So we had booked this place earlier in the year and at the time on Expedia we could only obtain one room for 2 nights and then would have to switch to another room for our final night. The price was reasonable and we were prepared to move. When we arrived at the property the front desk staff immediately made sure that we would not have to switch rooms. We didn't even have to ask. 'Great location! Easy, scenic walk to downtown Canmore. Unit was very clean, with a nice sized deck. Love having access to an outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs at the resort. '
