Large spacious villas with everything we needed, the most comfortable resort/motel bed I have ever slept in, super quiet away from the hustle & bustle of the busy main areas, but close enough to the main township of Avarua, within easy walking distance to bus stop & amenities. Friendly staff, nothing was an issue. We loved our stay here & will definitely return when visiting Rarotonga again!'

'Really good value. Everything was new or great condition. The kitchen has an air fryer and electric frying pan. The pool is very nice but as we were so close to Black Rock we mostly swam at the beach. The information provided by the hosts prior to our arrival was very useful. Would definitely stay here again.'

'A beautiful lodge with nice decoration, amenities and large room. Staff are very friendly. I requested for additional banana from the Chambermaid and on the following day, she gave me a bunch. Very thoughtful of her. Well located near the beach and you can enjoy sunset. '

'Very enjoyable stay'

'Kristina and her staff were great. Super friendly and helpful. The back villa came with amazing views with loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the raised deck views. Bikes and kayaks were available for use and allowed us to see three turtles in the lagoon while paddling on three separate days. Loungers were also available for use on the beach. The night market was only steps away which made dining easy when we had no car available. We did rent a Muri Shores vehicle they had available at the...

'Excellent facilities, very clean and with everything you needed. Wonderful friendly staff were nothing was a problem. Loved BJ's Tapas bar and the spa treatments. Quiet location. Highly recommend.'

'Enjoy everything about the place love the beautiful mountains the view was breathtaking fresh air. And hearing the roosters alarm meeting the locals so lovely offering me a ride to the main road. 'A little oasis in lush gardens, a lovely private pool area and all the amenities set up for a perfect laid back island holiday. Neil is a wonderful host and super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the upper level 2 bed apartments which is large, comfortable and perfect to chill on the huge balcony. Just perfect. Rarotonga is a beautiful island with loads of beach bars, restaurants and activities by day. A trip to Aitutaki is a MUST. See you next time Neil! Suze n Tracy'

'Excellent. Loved the smaller setting, had everything we needed. Owners were lovely and very helpful. '

'House catered to our whole family (5 of us all over 18) very spacious with a beautiful big patio to watch the sunset. Had everything we needed apart from air con as advertised but it was still to be installed. Did not affect our stay though. Host was great and helpful with things to do around the island. Would stay again '

"Goed: Beste locatie van Rarotonga met prachtige lagoon om te snorkelen met mooie tropische vissen en murenes. Kamers op zich prima, wat verouderd, maar wel super schoon. Slecht: Deels verouderd. Restaurant is verschrikkelijk en zeer ongezellig. Eten zeer matig en niet 4* waardig. Keuken ziet er niet schoon uit ook. Ga lekker bij het restaurant aan de overkant eten, veel beter en enthousiaste eigenaar. Cocktails zijn kant en klaar en niet te zuipen. Ontbijt is ok, maar kan ook een kwaliteitseis upgrade gebruiken. Veel ziet er om 0900 niet meer vers uit. Omgeving zwembad niet schoon (zwembad zelf wel) en gevaarlijke putjes voor kinderen. Waterpark kapot en onveilig. Veel kokosnoten in bomen pal boven ligbedjes, heel gevaarlijk. Ligebedden hebben geen kussens zoals op de foto’s. Veel ongebruikte ruimten. Het slechte is dat bovengenoemde al jaren in de reviews staat, maar blijkbaar neemt het management deze niet serieus omdat klanten toch wel blijven komen. Advies: neem een goede hotel manager aan, knap de boel echt een keer op en neem feedback serieus, vernieuw je restaurant, neem een goede chef-kok aan en maak het aantrekkelijk voor gasten. Jammer want je kan hier een fantastisch resort van maken op zo’n locatie. Ondanks alles wel een prima verblijf gehad hoor, dus ga er gerust heen. "
