'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this kitschy, cool, rustic cabin with a million-dollar view. Communing with the ospreys, hummingbirds and the bald eagle who perched numerous times on a nearby tree was an added bonus. And, the owner may be the most friendly/helpful we’ve ever rented from. 'Communication with the Host before, during, and after was excellent. Very beautiful and spacious home, very clean. Views of the water and sunrise over the water are amazing (and so were the moonrises over the water). Heated pool was invaluable. Our two dogs had a great time in it and running up and down the hillside in the backyard. Plenty of amenities. Grocery stores not far. Had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.'

'I absolutely loved my stay! The house was cozy, comfortable, and I felt completely safe during my time there. I especially enjoyed the peaceful sounds of nature all around. The pier was beautiful and such a relaxing spot, and the tree swing quickly became one of my favorite parts of the property. Everything about this place made it the perfect getaway. 'Our Texas family loved our stay at Hays Beach hideaway! The house was perfect and had everything we could possibly need. Just a short walk (60 seconds) to the beach and we were crabbing and enjoying the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen! Owner was very responsive and offered information about the area.
