'It all worked seamlessly.'

'We stayed in the family room. 2 adults + 2 children. 2 bedrooms. No kitchenette in room. Layout of sleeping fine, however absolutely no space to sit, unless on a bed. A bit impractical for a family. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.'

'Motel rooms are a good size, very clean but dated. Front reception was Michael, a great guy and helpful. Great view of the mountains outside of the rooms at the bottom end. I didn't like someone's rubbish in the bin inside my room. Didn't like the small half glass cut open in the bathroom which allowed cold air in. Air con worked perfectly on heat. Bed was hard for me. Bathroom immaculately clean. In the end of the day the price is right.'

'The staff are amazingly helpful. They're very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Possibly the best service I've experienced. Parking is tight, which is the only thing that I found that marked them down to 4 stars. (Not much they can do about it though).'

'This was a shocking stay. The worst part of it should have been the road noise - I was booking a property on a highway so came prepared - but the “apartment” had no kitchen, in fact what was the kitchen was just curtained off. This room was clearly under renovation with DIY paint jobs and half finished construction in the room. Even a heads up that this was what we would find would have been helpful but absolutely nothing from the staff. It’s clear this room is being rented as an after thought....

'It is winter in Australia. The motel had the air con heat set at 10 degrees, no phone in the room. So no way of getting help at 3 a.m in the morning. The temperature was 5 degrees that night. No extra blankets either. I also called the motel before arriving and said I would pay in cash when we arrived. They used my credit card before we arrived, was not happy about that. Overall disappointed. For a small country town $203 a night ( standard motel room) I would not stay there again'
