'Host was welcoming and the condo unit was nice. We paid for a late checkout which was cleared before renting the unit but this was not communicated to cleaning staff and our room access code was denied at 12:00 noon so we had to wait an additional 45 minutes to gather our things before cleaning staff could allow us access again. I’m sure it was probably a glitch in the system but frustrating nonetheless. No refund for the late checkout was offered '
