'Property is super sketchy looking and run down. The room door doesn’t close all the way. It’s scary as hell here. Pay $40 more and stay elsewhere! Wouldn’t recommend for women traveling alone or if you have kids. Room furniture is a mishmash of random chairs, bathroom is raggedy. It’s late so I’m staying but sleeping with one eye open. '

'Today I was the difficult customer and DJ at the front desk handled it perfectly. I've been here a few weeks and today was one of those days.. The beds are so comfortable and housekeeping is so nice. I've been getting my coffee from across the street at the circle k they have a coffee bar there pro tip save your cup and you can get a discount on refills. Also there is a dollar tree in walkable distance as well as McDonald's taco Bell Jack in the box and a Jim's restaurant '

'Beside not having a lot of handicap parking near the entrances in the front, everything was great. I traveled with my disabled mother and my 1 year old son and unfortunately my son had an accident with his upset stomach I ended up removing the sheets not thinking I would have bedding to sleep I went on and left the room to attend a family function we had that day. To my surprise when we returned the room had been clean I had fresh sheets and bedding and nothing was taken. I’ve had horrible...

"Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable."
