'Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised. The pictures are misleading. The property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways. The hallway carpets were stained, worn, and felt filthy. Our room was dirty when we arrived, and several amenities were broken, making our stay even more frustrating. The rooms are outdated and in need of major renovations. 'When scheduling a stay I requested a room with a handicap shower. I assumed the message was passed onto the location. When I arrived I asked and the person told me that they don’t have handicap shower rooms with two beds. But he was very kind and got me a shower chair. Problem is. I can’t step over the tub to get into the ton/shower combo. But the staff was very nice and accommodating.'
