Highly recommend checking out The Whale during your stay. Third level had live music and beach views. The balcony at the condo is where we spent most of our time when not on beach! 'Super clean location- NO pet hair or smoke smell anywhere- huge PLUS. Quick 4 min walk to the beach- thought about getting a wagon but ended up not needing one because it’s pretty close(for a ton of gear for 4 people). Seeing manatee in the canal was awesome. Plenty of towels. Lock the door from the outside by turning the tiny knob on inside of the door. (I had to call as the know was different from all other condos I’ve stayed).
