'I didn't enjoy this hotel at all. The rooms and hallways were run down. The pool was not available for use. The staff was friendly but it was an overall disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. '

'It’s quite disheartening to choose a supposedly high or top tier hotel and then be nickle and dined with fee’s to park your car, and pay for internet. The room was adequate but quite honestly I could have stayed at a hotel with a price point 1 half the cost and not be charged for internet and parking. I won’t be using this hotel again. Nothing about this experience warrants the need to pay extra for normal things. This isn’t a resort but it is charging resort type fee’s.'

'Exterior and walking in, the property looked nice. Upon getting to our room, the carpet was significantly stained, as well as the mattress. The only reason I noticed the matress stain was becuase the bed linens were not pulled on all the way. There was a bandaid stuck to the shower wall...gross. The blinds were broken and didnt close all the way. My husband, being handy, ended up fixing the blinds so now those are workikg for the next guests! 'When I arrived at the room, I immediately noticed that the toilet was clogged. I notified the staff, and they told me they would move me to a different room—something that NEVER happened. I went to speak with the woman working in the lobby, and she was incredibly rude. She told me that the only thing she could do for me was hand me a plunger so that I could unclog the toilet myself. I told her that I absolutely would not do that, as I had paid for a clean room with all amenities in working...

'No breakfast included, at that rate it should have been. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff mostly friendly but not overly outgoing. Lots of teens/young adults in the lobby due to it being new year's eve, just loud and there didn't seem to be any staff keeping control. Mostly people just hanging out listening to loud music, treating the common area as their personal space. Uninviting in my opinion. But overall a good stay. Not sure we would stay there again, but definitely not on a holiday weekend.'

'Hotel smelled musty cotton balls, our room reeked of must an smoke. Very poor cleaning was done in the room. Lamp cord even had clumps of dust, the tiles around the Jett tub and on the floor were broke, Jett tub wasn’t fully functional as some of the jets didn’t even work. The bed had 5 small pillows an no large ones which was weird. Bathroom sink was cracked. Breakfast was a joke, we went down around 8am an it didn’t end until 9am but they were almost out of Everything a didn’t bother to refill...

'1e Nacht behoorlijk overlast gehad van schreeuwende buren en het leeghalen van de container, 2e nacht verliep prima. Beetje aftands hotel, maar wel redelijk schoon, prima bed en genoeg parkeerplek voor onze 2 campers. Vriendelijk personeel. Was goedkoop, maar kijk volgende keer wel iets verder.'

'I did not use the gym so I cannot comment on that. I will say that the hotel was nicely furnished, very clean, the staff was efficient and helpful, my room was equally nice, clean, and comfortable-nice sheets, good mattress, nice towels, and handy accessories like coffee/tea machine, hand cream etc.'
