'We had a very comfortable stay here. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, it was a very good value.'

'did not like that I found hair in the shower, and there were not enough towels. I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good.'

'The only complaint is that the TV did not work correctly, but we didn't go there to watch TV so it was not really an issue. The front desk staff did what they could to help with that problem. All of the staff from the front desk, dining staff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.'

'The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very easy to navigate. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff.. they are absolutely amazing, caring, and super helpful. I had an extremely stressful arrival to Chicago, but the entire team went out of their way to check in on me every time I was coming or going. They are so personable and compassionate, and they turned a rough start into a wonderful stay. Highly recommend and I extend my appreciation With much gratitude to all the lovely...

'I had 2 rooms, one was a king which was ok besides the toilet running all night, but the other was horrible. It was 2 double beds and the room smelled horrible. The TV was unplugged and it's not the type you can just plug in. The night stand had outlets built into it but as soon as we plugged in our charging cable for our phone it sparked so I had to unplug the whole table so nothing would catch fire. Everytime I would call to front desk he would tell me he was busy with a customer.'

'The staff were very helpful, polite, and outstanding. Unfortunately I had a good bit of issues with the lights in my room not turning on, which was pretty frustrating after an exhausting day. Maintenance had already left, so there was nothing they could do. Couldn’t find me a new room since they were overbooked. Could have been worse - the man in line ahead of me couldn’t even get the room he booked, as they had been oversold. I managed to make the lights work after fidgeting with power box for...

'1e Nacht behoorlijk overlast gehad van schreeuwende buren en het leeghalen van de container, 2e nacht verliep prima. Beetje aftands hotel, maar wel redelijk schoon, prima bed en genoeg parkeerplek voor onze 2 campers. Vriendelijk personeel. Was goedkoop, maar kijk volgende keer wel iets verder.'

'When we got there the room was not clean at all we had to go to customer service and ask for them to clean the bed it was a spot on the bed plus the room had a bad smell to it horrible experience but the only part was good was the lady in customer service will never be back again .'
