'Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. 'This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)'

'While historial on the outside, the interior was stunningly decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with beautiful dishes and everything we needed for cooking, We enjoyed the downtown shops, which were within walking distance. Nice walking trail right out the front door. My family and I enjoyed the time away from the twin cities in a beautiful and quiet get away. Thank you to the owners for sharing their place with us.'

'My son spent the first two hours we were there weed whacking the back grassy area. No ladder to get in and out of water from dock. House itself was great and loved the quiet area it was in. Overall we had a wonderful time.'

'Accomodations adequate and tidy, nice showers, clean linens, comfortable beds. Kitchen was disappointing: coffee cups not clean; oven was very dirty with grease on the bottom and food stuck to the racks; lower cabinets & under kitchen sink dirty and unkempt!'

'Overall the stay was great, however there was still laundry that was folded and put away, laundry in the washer that was wet and a load in the dryer, not a huge deal, but a little of a pain. We also didn’t have enough wash rags for bathing, but plenty of towels. It was great having the daily passes for the water park, our kiddos loved it. We would book with individual again but hope the laundry is taken care of.'

'Perfect house for a group a friends. We were not able to swim unfortunately, due to the some chemical levels is the water in our area, but other than that is was great! The fosset in the kitchen started to spray water but we contacted Tammy and she was able to get someone to come out same day'

'This is our second stay at this property. Neighborhood is quiet and in a good location and close to venues we needed to visit on our trip. The fenced in yard was great for the pups.'

'We have stayed at this property a few times when coming to Fairmont to visit family. Every time has been a wonderful stay. We have 3 young kids and it is a great place to stay with kids. There have been zero issues and we will continue to book here when we come to town!'

'The house had plenty of room for me and my 8 friends (and 5 bathrooms helps a lot). The lot is semi-secluded with a big yard on the lake. This was the second time we have stayed there and will definitely be going back.'
