'We had a great stay here. Just a couple of issues. We used the online link to pre-register, I even submitted a snapshot of my drivers license. All of this was to speed up the check-in process. When we arrived at the front desk, they had no record of our pre-registration and we had to go all through the process again. Another issue was that we thought the window air conditioner was broken. ' Came to stay here due to location near Shadyside hopsital, where I had surgery the next day. What a beautiful property. Friendly staff, especially our bartender. She was young, but easy to talk to and had knowledge beyond her years. We didnt eat here, so can not attest to that. Beds were confortable. Rooms very large and the interior was like a european hotel. Dark woods with Great history. '

'We were surprised at how great the hotel was because it was a very good price. Very clean and updated, friendly and helpful staff, amenities were great, it was just an overall great place to stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Pittsburgh. '

'We enjoyed a night over when we visited the FRank Lloyd Wright home, Falling Water, and loved it. When we arrived, we checked in quickly and immediately went to the pool for a swim. Great space!!! After swimming, we got dressed up and enjoyed dinner as the sun was setting on the veranda … so beautiful!!!! The food was good and the view was amazing!'
