'Arrived late. Parked in back as instructed. Had to walk down dark alley, which was paved with uneven bricks, to get to entrance. Picture of entrance appeared to be on the side of house which it wasn’t. The door of apt has a window at the top which my husband could look into. The apt was decorated very cute. We’ve had bigger and more efficient bathrooms in an RV. The floor in the bathroom was not clean. Laid towels down to cover floor. Shower so small, barely raise arms and could not bend down to...

'When we got there and went take a shower it had not been cleaned. I contacted host but he did not send anyone to clean it. The next day I went and bought cleaner and cleaned it my self.(I have pictures). The toilet is broken. They offered a blow dryer but no plug to use it. Said there was a washer and dryer but I had no idea where it was. No extra linens. I did contact him on that and he did bring them th next day. No extra towels or wash cloths.
