'Room needs better cleaning'

'My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

'The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.'

'The room was very clean and so was the property. I checked in after hours and had to leave early as well due to a clinic I was attending and the staff was very helpful in that regard! I plan on staying there longer next time I'm in the area.'

'Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. I had requested no dairy for breakfast and my omelette had cheese in it. My sisters room was on the first floor which was next to the breakfast/eating area. She...

'The hotel was a hidden gem. The linen and towels were white bright and plush. The grounds and hotel very well maintained. The staff was very polite, professional and helpful. Next time when I’m in the area I will revisit.👍'

'Location was ideal and many choices of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Hotel is new and extremely clean. TV is very good quality. Breakfast is typical for this type of hotel and free.'
