'In een eerste oogopslag betreft het een uitstekend en goed gericht hotel. Echter er wordt duidelijk bespaard op onderhoud en mogelijk ook op personeel.
Met name het sanitair is na de de kortgeleden uitgevoerde renovatie al weer toe aan onderhoud. Slecht werkende spoelinrichting, loshangende douche, slecht sluitende douchedeur, schimmel op de kit voegen of zelfs ontbrekende kit voegen. De wandtegels waren aangeslagen met kalksluiers.

The checkin staff was friendly and our room was beautiful with space and a jacuzzi shower which was a plus. "O motivo de eu ter avaliado a estadia com 3 estrelas é em razão do barulho no hotel. Do quarto era possível ouvir todos os outros hóspedes em volta. O isolamento acústico externo é inexistente. Por volta de 4h da manhã, havia o descarregamento de alguma coisa e o barulho de um carrinho sendo arrastado no asfalto parecia estar dentro da minha varanda no segundo andar.
