'Chrissy was so nice as our server! I left my bag behind and they held on to it. No money was missing and they asked a few questions to be sure the right person got it. That says a lot right there. The bakery help was genuinely caring and helpful. Try the pecan sticky buns! You ll thank me! The pool was so clean. It's salt water according to my husband. It was very empty too. This is very close to Old Sturbridge Village.'

'Stayed here years ago. The rooms haven't changed much. The rooms are pretty standard, but the lobby, staff and food are all better than most hotels. Maybe a little old school, but I love the look of the hotel. The bed was really comfortable. The event banquet food has always been wonderful. They can handle the volume of plates without affecting the appeal. Great work!'

'This hotel was good! It was such an easy check in and the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. They are currently renovating the hotel but even with that there’s no mess. The renovated rooms are extremely nice and very modern. The breakfast was small but still a good morning meal! The bed was comfortable and you could tell it was fairly new which was a huge bonus! Overall it was a great stay '

'We enjoyed our stay, the only issues were lack of some standard hotel items, namely a coffee machine, alarm clock and phone. There was a microwave and refrigerator, but the only cups were plastic so using the microwave to heat water for instant coffee wasn't even a possibility. If you don't care about coffee or alarm clocks, we found everything else sufficient. '

'This property has not been updated in a long time. This had to be amazing in its day. Geese are all over and poop in the water so we couldn’t swim in the lake. There’s a fee for the fire pit. No food or drinks due to lack of staff. No coffee or microwave in room, no hot tub. But… great staff, pool great, nice on first floor facing lake (chairs provided to sit outside, upgraded for free, price was very reasonable for we got, clean room, bed ok, excellent food locations nearby.
