'Nice modern home. Great location for easy access to downtown and to Riverside state park. Great place to stay with young kids, we always appreciate when there are not lots of trinkets and breakable decorations. Attached garage and single level made everything easy. Close to Safeway, highly recommend curbside pickup, it was so quick and convenient. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.'

'Great little addition off the main house. The back shared area was a nice place to sit out and watch the stars. The hot tub looked like it would have been nice if it hadn't been 80 degrees at midnight. It was quick and easy to get downtown.Host was great and quick to communicate.'

'This property was probably the best short term rental I've ever had. It was clean, beautiful decor, excellent location, quiet, great a/c, spacious, comfortable bedding and beds, fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen. Just a perfect home away from home. The owner was so nice and very responsive. I highly recommend if you are visiting Spokane!!'

'Check in was simple, the kitchen was full of items for use, the bathroom was clean, the beds were clean. We did not spend a ton of time at the house but it was clean and comfortable. For my first VRBO rental, it was pleasant! '

'Everything about this home was top of the line from the appliances to the linens. There were four of us coworkers in town for a conference and there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is close to everything we needed. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.'

Although small in appearance from the outside, this home utilized both indoor and outdoor space brilliantly. The sunken living room was cozy and afforded many conversation areas for our family. "Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
