The hotel's ambiance was cold and transactional, lacking the warmth and personalized service I've come to expect. Prior to my stay at Pullman, I stayed at the Millennium Hotel, where all the services I required were readily without any fuss. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was far superior, all at a fraction of the price I paid at Pullman."
