'I checked in on 5/23. The trainee was very nice and welcoming. She was working through the check-in process smoothly with a question or two for the manager. The manager was short with her and unwelcoming to the guests — obviously hospitality is not her strength. This was the first Holiday Inn Express I felt so uncomfortable checking-in.'

'Great location off the 95. The room was spacious and breakfast was an added bonus. They had a nice selection of breakfast items like eggs with sausage, bagels, muffins, biscuits with gravy, cereal, fresh fruit etc. The staff was very attentive keeping the area clean and well stocked.'

'This hotel is not kept up. It looks old. The beds in room looked small (smaller than full size). And breakfast was NOT included. The advertise breakfast available or served but you have to pay for coffee and food. Many hotels of this caliber offer breakfast. Would not recommend nor stay there again. '
