There was no air conditioning throughout the hotel except in the room all the ice and soda machines was empty I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Sometimes things happen but the elevators did not work and you had to either go to the 3rd or 15th floor and walk up or down the stairs to get to and from your room. The phone didn't work for wake up calls or to contact the front desk. Some rooms were not ready at check-in and I had to wait 35 minutes in-line to check-in. Some rooms, not mine, had faulty air conditioning on a muggy day. This was a great hotel. They need to step their game up quite a bit.

I stay at this property several times a year. The staff are wonderful. The hotel would benefit from some upgrades. There seems to always be an issue with bed bugs and such.

The suite was not what I’m used to from this franchise. Very outdated for the price. Security locks didn’t work. Plumbing was loud. Curtains were dirty and outdated.

This hotel needs a major upgrade. It’s run down and dirty. The carpet in our room was disgusting, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the towels smelled like vinegar. This is also one of the least accessible hotels I’ve ever visited. If you have mobility challenge, this is not the place for you. We stayed here eight years ago and it was nice. It seems like it’s really gone downhill.

The heater was extremely loud. The sink handles are broken and unsafe for children. There was a hole in the bathroom vanity and full of dust. The shower tub was peaking and old. I have picture to provide. It’s unprofessional and inconsiderate for the amount paid per night.

Good - Staff was friendly and room was available a lil' early. The rest - Unfortunately the fitness area was closed, which I did not know about prior to booking. Had I known, I probably would not have stayed at the facility. Additionally, the cleaning staff was working on my room at 9:50AM, with checkout not scheduled until 11AM. Fortunately, I only had a few items to take out, and was able to check out downstairs early. That would have been a waste of time and effort, had I not been ready to check out. The facility was older and needs updating throughout. There was a foul odor in the facility, in the lobby and mezzanine areas. Lastly, my toilet worked, but seemed like it was running constantly and had a very sensitive flushing mechanism..

Water in shower was ice cold. Called front desk and they sent a maintenance worker who had no tools and just felt the water. Then they put me in a different room and it had the same issues. I didn’t report the second room because I just wanted to go to bed. So I took a cold shower. Old building with a lot of noises and weird layout.

There was a long wait to check in at the front desk. They were hosting a conference and it took an extended period of time to get checked in after my arrival, over 20 minutes waiting in line. They should have had more assistance at the front desk for this time.

Property building was falling apart. All four rooms we had; have issues with leaky faucets; holes in the walls; and toilets that ran all night. Property itself was clean and staff were helpful. Would stay again because of price and easy walking distance to everything.

Room want clean. Pubic hair in the sheets, bathroom floor and shower. Lucky there were two beds so I slept in the other. Didn’t take away the feeling of previous guests leftovers. Told the front desk, they were apologetic and offered free breakfast.

There were apparently 4 floors I could go To obtain ice. I went to 3 floors before I could get ice. Horrible waits for elevators. Really Concerned about cleanliness.

This property was extremely outdated and honestly kind of creepy. We arrived around 10pm and there was not one person anyway to be seen. Had to ring a bell for service at the front desk. Then our room was dark and dirty. The air conditioner was falling out of the bottom of the unit, the lamp shade was cracked, the carpet was dingy and there were black clumps on the floor, the toilet was small enough to pass as a potty training toilet. This looked as though it were used for locals to have hotel parties. The only plus was there was excellent water pressure. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This hotel is in need of a major renovation. It smelled and was very loud. Carpets dirty and bathroom had used towels hanging in bathroom when we checked in.

Don’t believe everything on the internet
I picked this hotel because of the proximity to where I would be working and it showed the amenities included: a pool, a bar, a restaurant, a gym, breakfast for a surcharge and a pillow top bed. Sounds good, right? Instead there was no restaurant or bar, pool was closed, gym was closed, no breakfast and a mattress topper that did not stop me from feeling the bed springs. There was no refrigerator in the room or microwave and not even a smart tv. Kudos to housekeeping for keeping the property and room clean though.

We have a restaurant on our lobby level which is the Grille and a breakfast outlet called the Breakfast Grille. Our pool is open but our fitness room is being renovated.

Pool was down. Restaurant closes too early for a Friday night at 9 and lounge closes at 10. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly.
